nice! Ive tried copying Frazeta before..its no easy task!

It looks like you've managed a pretty close translation, although it seems the contrast could be pushed slightly in the background and the highlights on the chest/arm. Also a suggestion for the future would be to try overlaying photos of textured canvas on the painting at an early stage to emulate the nice buildup the original gets.
